Toll Account & OBU Management
Core serviceWe handle the full setup of your toll accounts with chosen providers and arrange OBU/EETS devices for your vehicles where applicable. We take care of registrations, updates and daily administration so your drivers can just drive.
Prepayment & Limit Monitoring
Together we define expected monthly usage per truck. You deposit funds in advance, and ETP monitors balances and limits so that road charges can always be paid on time and journeys do not get blocked due to missing credit.
Consolidated Invoicing
Instead of dozens of statements from different countries and systems, ETP provides consolidated, VAT-compliant invoices and overviews per period. You can see costs per vehicle, route or business unit, ready for your accounting system.
Cost Reporting & Analysis
We provide simple reports and exports (Excel/CSV) so your finance and operations teams can analyse toll expenses by truck, route, corridor or customer. This helps you quote more accurately and control margins.
Route & Toll Guidance
Based on your network, we can highlight typical toll corridors (e.g. Germany, Hungary, Italy, Scandinavia) and help you choose suitable toll solutions and payment options that match your fleet size and routes.
Driver & Back-Office Support
We act as a single point of contact for your dispatchers and admin staff regarding toll-related questions, documents and problems. Where necessary we coordinate with the toll provider to resolve issues quickly.
Fuel Card Administration
ETP can support you with the administrative side of fuel cards: applications, changes to vehicles or drivers, monitoring usage and consolidating fuel invoices from your chosen fuel card providers. We do not sell fuel, but we make your fuel paperwork easier.
Poland e-TOLL Administration
For fleets operating in or through Poland, we take care of the registration, updates and ongoing administration for the Poland e-TOLL system, so that your trucks can pass without disruptions.
Vignette & Road Charge Management
Many countries still use vignettes or specific road charges. ETP helps with planning, purchasing and documenting these vignettes (for example Austria, Switzerland and others), and keeps the related documentation organised.
Insurance Administration Support
We coordinate the administrative side of your transport-related insurances: keeping policy data up to date for vehicles and routes, storing documents and, where needed, supporting your team with claims paperwork. The insurance contracts themselves remain with your chosen insurers or brokers.
Spare Parts & Workshop Administration
ETP can help structure the administration around spare parts and workshop services: supplier registrations, purchase-order and invoice overviews and linking costs to specific vehicles. This makes it easier to track the total cost of ownership per truck.
How It Works
Our process is straightforward and designed to minimise workload on your side. ETP works as an administrative bridge between your fleet and European toll providers.
Intro call & requirements
We discuss your fleet size, main routes, typical monthly toll spending and current setup. Based on this, we propose a practical service model and admin fee structure.
Onboarding of vehicles & accounts
You share the necessary details (company information, license plates, vehicle characteristics). ETP prepares the registrations with toll providers and arranges OBU/EETS devices where needed.
Prepayment & credit framework
Before trips start, you prepay the expected monthly toll costs. ETP uses these funds solely to pay toll providers on behalf of your vehicles – we do not provide credit or financial guarantees.
Daily monitoring & issue handling
During operations, ETP monitors balances, invoices and messages from toll operators. If we see potential problems or irregularities, we contact your team and, when needed, the provider.
Monthly reporting & invoicing
At the end of each period you receive a single, clear statement with toll expenses, our fee and supporting reports. Everything is ready for your accounting and internal reporting.
